If we keep the old system the game will slowly die out, the old generation of players are not going to come back and with less players online the worst the overall gaming community and experience is. Word of mouth is NOT going to be spread out, because lets face it. runescape accounts for sale.Which 18+ year old is going to want to tell their friends about a nerd online game, kind of embarrassing if you think about it, "want to help me kill dragons in some online game, you can be a wizard and I can be a knight" .
  
Meanwhile if it's a teenager, it sounds much more enthusiastic than it really is and kids jump at the idea. Not to mention 18+ who earn their own money know better than to waste it on cosmetic items being offered in sof or sgs. Kids however, are gullible and easy pray to buy such items which will bring them more revenue.

You all chant on how many players actually enjoy the EoC version of Runescape over Old School Runescape, how about we make a poll determining which is enjoyed more by the playerbase.Runescape lost 75% of players due to EoC. sell rs accounts.I dont get why runescape didn't just Put some EoC servers and Some Pre-Eoc servers(not 2007), and people who like eoc can play eoc and people who like eoc can play non-eoc servers. its easy.
